Fastway SLOW

I am disappointed with the service currently. My parcel was scheduled for delivery on Friday, from Durban North Bay. That was at around 3pm. It was then rescheduled for delivery around 6pm on Friday. Fastway is closed over the weekend and you cannot get hold of an agent until Monday morning. So having been sent to me on Thursday, it arrived in good time to be sent out on Friday, and will now lie in the bay over the weekend. So Fastway is a bit of a misnomer, isn't it...should be Slowway instead. I sent a parcel via PAXI to Pretoria from Durban, it left on Wednesday around 12, and arrived in Pretoria around 3pm the very next day! And at half the cost. That's what a courier service should be. We pay courier fees...we wamt courier service!
