Fastway showing us a fast way to be unprofessional!

Terrible terrible unprofessional service!!! We requested that the parcel be delivered at a company with many employees to ensure it to be received, however we were never notified of delivery, only came to find the parcel already delivered by checking the tracking app and worst of all, not one of the employees signed for it! It was signed for to a random individual!
