Fastway should leave courier-ing to companies that actually know what they're doing.

Their name is so deceptive. Tgere is nothin fast about this courier. My package came from China within 3 days, laying in their Cape Town depot for 3 weeks now. Twice has my parcel been loaded on their vehicle and returned to the depot. I called to enquure and ask them why its taking a local delivery this long and staff hung the fone up on me. I would not recommend this business' services and hope they go under to be removed off the market completely. Fastway Couriers should be declared insolvent because they are a pathetic service provider and tarnishes the sectors image. NEVER AGAIN...PLEASE...ANY OTHER COURIER, just not SLOW-WAY. They are like the ANC: all lies & promises until they have your hard-earned money but no results.
