Fastway should close down

Been waiting on my parcel for weeks no delivery. Customer service non existing, delivery guys don't pick up. Horrible service truly. Have to come up with plan b which will cost more money because i re**** on idiots who never came through..looking at other reviews here about this guys it is clear they have to close down because they are failing, useless and pathetic.
