Fastway should change their name, they aren’t fast!

I spent the entire day at home waiting for this delivery because I was told it would happen today. Now there is a bs update saying I could not be reached. I have been at home. I have had my phone with me the entire time and did not receive any calls. No one attempted to contact me. Now I am expected to sit at home another day hoping the delivery happens. It is pathetic and unacceptable.
