Fastway!!????? Should be NOway, you'll never get support

I am awaiting a delivery from Temu. Import VAT and TAX were charged on one invoice for several orders, ALL WITH THE EXACT SAME ORDER NUMBER. I received 1 of the 4 orders because Fastway (should be NOway) can not reconcile the payments. When they do respond the answer is "we've escalated this to the carrier", but NOTHING happens. I've never had these hassles with Buffalo and iMille, FASTWAY is USELESS.
