Fastway should be named slow way

I am awaiting a parcel delivery from the 12th of May. I have emailed the company and no response. I have called and the agent on two days has promised delivery but no parcel delivery. As per tracking my parcel has been in the vehicle since the 12th may. One call agent states that they are using a 3rd party and last week the 3rd part had vehicle breakdowns therfore no delivery. Pathetic service, no customer care, no follow up from the company
