Fastway Service

My parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 17th already , I've been calling customer service and all I've been told is its out for delivery and will be delivered "today" for the past 4 days , When i called today an told the lady helping me that I've been waiting since Thursday she said she has to call me back because she doesn't know what is going on. my tracking number is: OFT1T***4. Please help
