Fastway? Really slow way or no way

How does a courier company deliver after 8pm? Driver phoned to ask for directions, no way would he have found my house in the dark. I live alone and there is no way I will go out to my gate that time of night. They need to jack up. 2nd time this has happened with them. First driver didn't even contact me and left parcel with a security guard. Only to places employ security, the court and Sassa and i dont live at either. Threat of theft charge and they sent a clerk to trace parcel and deliver to house. Why reputable company use them heaven alone knows.
