Fastway-Rather Snailway

Have been waiting for a package to be delivered, was informed by the company it will be delivered on the 11th November. I had to move an appointment to ensure that someone is home to collect it, it was not delivered. Tried to contact them ni succes, tried to chat with them on their site, ni success. After 25 minutes of waiting I was not even answered by anyone except a chat bot. Truly one of the poorest service delivery couriers in South Africa and will never make use of their service again
