Fastway. Rather Slow way? Or NO way???

DO NOT EVER USE FASTWAY COURIERS!!! This has been my second horrible experience with this company. Their drivers hoot and go. If they do call, they are rude. I tried to contact their customer care department, with little success. They eventually made arrangements with me and promised to phone me on delivery..... They did NOT stick to the arrangement and also did not phone me. I tried to contact them once again. My call was dropped twice. And then I was informed that management is not available as they leave at 16:00 (office hours are 8:00 to 17:00). I hope and pray that none of my online orders will EVER EVER be handled by Fastway EVER AGAIN. Worst service delivery in SA!!
