Fastway pulls a fast one

Fastway Couriers South Africa is now demanding I release CCTV footage to their cell phone numbers (really?) This is now an invasion of my privacy and the video footage isn’t on my phone, its on a separate backup drive for security purposes for my business. I like the way theyre demanding this of me during MY work day. I have reported it, yes, to Temu (direct) as the service I have gotten from Fastway is a joke. The same parcel THEY claim was signed for my KELL at # 79 (when I live at 96) is seen on my bin. They cant explain either circumstance. I have tried to address this with Fastway since December last year. They have steadfastly ignored me, in fact someone from CT called me and asked me to stop calling in on their phone lines !!! What a ****** cheek. Going to go public with all this now. I’m done. Below, the parcel on the bin, which they claim was signed for by someone 17 houses away (yes, seventeen houses away)
