Fastway Pretoria what a disgrace courier

They should change their name to SLOWWAY Couriers or better yet they should shut down FASTWAY PRETORIA Depot completely as they are *********** and USELESS. They sit with packages for 3 to 5 days before attempting to deliver it, one excuse after the other and then the drivers have the nerve to tell you on the 5th day that they are fixing their car and will maybe deliver it the following day ! Are you kidding me !!! And the Pretoria Depot should take out their phones completely as they either just don’t answer them or they just divert it to a machine telling you to use the whatsapp nr which they also do not respond to at all and then you just cut off. This is no logistics courier business, they are an EMBARRASSMENT to the logistics industry and they have NO but NO customer service or support whatsoever! They are a true disgust to couriers, should sue them !!
