FastWay Pretoria Depot takes 9 days to get a parcel delivered - always issues and excuses

The tracking info below says it all - 9 days from Johannesburg to Pretoria and still waiting. Promised to phone me back 7 times in the last 24 hours about the problem and did not phone back once. When I confronted the Pretoria depot about that the lady said that she knows they promised to phone back but they really see no point because the they know where I am and I must just wait until the delivery arrives. For the record - same supplier, same address, multiple deliveries before, but many required several calls to make sure they actually deliver it.
