Fastway Pretoria Depot can just as well close down since nobody is there to assist their clients.

Pretoria Depot - Shame on You My order was delivered at the depot on 14 December 2022 (Wednesday) and ONLY released to the courier on 20 December 2022 (following Tuesday). Today is 22 December 2022 and still no delivery. My client has been expecting goods and services delivered on the 15th.

I phoned the Pretoria depot 3 times (each department: tracking delivery, sales & Avon) to have nobody answer and the phone just kept ringing. On my 4th attempt a lady answered and put me through to the Avon department which again did not answer. Thereafter I phoned another 4 times with no answer from their offices.

This is pathetic and I'm not a review writer which concludes ultimately this service can just as well be nonexistent. I don't play the blame game, but due to your lack of responsibility to run a courier business and no client services whatsoever, I have lost a client due to the fact that I cannot explain to them what is going on with my courier services.

As for Johannesburg Depot, thank you so much for your help and quick response to my query, it is greatly appreciated.
