Fastway Pretoria

We always send parcels with fastway, 90%of the time all is good but when it comes to Pretoria branch they are total imbeciles, useless to the core, twice I've sent parcels to clients in Pretoria, the first time they finally managed to drop off the parcel ripped and damaged which till today no compensation, now the second parcel goes from depot to delivery vehicle, back to depot, next day same story like this 3 days no success, try calling them they master's at transferring your call to every staff member in the building, till now 09 July 2021 parcel has not been delivered from Tuesday 06 July 2021
