Fastway Port Elizabeth has the worst service they will ruin your business

Fastway Port Elizabeth is probably the most unprofessional courier company in Port Elizabeth.

When booking collections, they respond inconsistently and the driver sometimes never get's the message and simply does not show up.

Their drivers are rude as hell. If they don't want to service you, you're left with no option but to find another courier.

The management don't give a **** about your business and covers with stupid excuses all the time. Pathetic management, you don't get any worse than this.

They advertise on their website they collect 2 times a day. Complete BS. Their drivers do not stick to arranged schedules and collect whenever they feel like it. If a driver is day off, you're left to wait until they return at times.

They do not forward you any receipts.

When you order courier bags they don't let you know whether they received the proof of payment, they don't confirm delivery, you have contact them several times to confirm.

Their online booking system is not working and after 2 years they still have not fixed it.

Spare yourself the trouble and having to deal with an unprofessional company.
