Fastway poor service delivery

Please do not use this company as your courier; their customer service is pathetic and useless. Our parcels for takealot recently has not been collected on time creating penalties for us and their drivers ignore your messages when they need to collect a parcel and since when you only do deliveries on a Friday. Your service is disgraceful and this is a sign that you do not care about your clients who have deadlines and it is impacting their businesses negatively. Your Johannesburg branch has really lowered their standard of work ethic and when you speak to the drivers they have an attitude like they doing you a favor. We pay for this service and I expect our parcels to be collected on time and delivered on time.
