Fastway poor service

I have been waiting for delivery of my package since 17 Dec 2021 and I still haven't received it. I tried calling fastway, but am on hold for all eternity. On 17 Dec the driver, Amu, claimed that there was no one to recieve my delivery which is untrue, because my husband was waiting for that package all day. Every other day after that he just didn't bother to deliver that package and just returns it to their North Bay 3 location. This is very annoying.
