Fastway Poor Service

Very poor service and unhelpful staff. I had to call them to follow up on a parcel that is 2 weeks late, the gentleman I spoke to asked that I call him in an hour to remind him to look for the parcel, its unfortunate that I will never use the online shop I ordered items from because of the prop courier service from Fastway.
