Fastway poor delivery time and customer service.

I paid for delivery indicating that the order will be delivered in 1-2 working days. My order was given to them on 2 December. Today is is 11 December and no communication from them informing us of delays or the cause thereof. I had to call them only for the to say they will deliver today. Did I get the delivery? Nooooo. I am disappointed in the customer service. I mean we pay for that 1-2days they put up. The least they can do is update us.
