Fastway Polokwane poor service

Bad service from Polokwane, they kept my parcel for almost 2 weeks and claiming that my phone doesn't go through, on top of that I didn't even receive any notifications from them that they have my parcel, most courier companies as soon as they receive your parcel from sender you will notification with tracking, I had to call a sender and ask, only to find out they have been in a position of my parcel since the 26th and today is the 5th. Poor service overall
