Fastway please wake up!!!!!!!!!!! terrible customer service

This must be the worse customer service ever. I have tried numerous of times to follow up with the Johannesburg branch with 1 answered call out of 90 attempts. The one time someone answered i got a stupid response from the person on the other line and said the courier did arrive at my address and nobody was home. We were home on that date and i checked the cameras. NOBODY WAS AT MY HOME. It is impossible to speak to a consultant, JUST NO ANSWER AT ALL.. I am extremely annoyed with this horrible service!!!!!!!!!!
