Fastway - pathetic service for a courier company

This is one of the worst Courier companies I came across. The do not deserve any star. On several occasions when I track the parcel it will state that your parcel is out for delivery but it will never reach you and if you call no one answers. then after 5pm the status will change to unable to deliver. When I asked the delivery guy few days later he explained that they do not have enough drivers and he had to deliver 150 parcels in a day in 1 town. This has happened over and over.
