FASTWAY PATHETIC SERVICE!!

Absolutely pathetic service. My parcel reached the Pretoria depot on 12.01.2026 and was never delivered. I later received an email from their monitoring clerk apologizing and advising that my parcel is missing, and that I must contact Temu for a refund or replacement. Very disappointing courier service overall and unacceptable.Can fastway find/replace my parcel.
