Fastway Pathetic service

Most Pathetic courier company in South Africa, lacking professionalism and respect... they think they are doing us a favour by delivering our packages that we pay them for. A package sitting in their office bay for the whole week and when you ask why they don’t deliver they will tell you theres no driver for the area and the area is even less than 5km from their offices Fastway Witbank to be specific is the worst of them all and their manager is just the same, never helps with questions and complaints. Poor customer service , Very Poor they might aswel close is down cause its useless
