Fastway, pathetic

A package from purchase date to SA from China takes 4 days, that's 10,698 km but Witbank Fastway which is 128km has so far taken 8 days... Notices say laying in depot, lies from driver saying he tried to deliver on a Saturday.. This is pathetic.. I know I am outlying but surely I can't see why I have to wait weeks till they have more than one parcel to deliver on a route... I will be contacting Temu to revise their options on courier services..
