Fastway Parcel missing not getting help from them.

I have mailed a parcel via Fastway which got missing in the East London depot. I have put in an enquiry from Fastway itself by filling in the parcel querie form with NO reaction from their side. This parcel has been mailed 26 January and was last scan at East Londons depot and nothing happened further. Today I phoned the depot and a very rude Gareth spoke to me who did not want to give me his surname. He would have find out about the parcel and phoned me back but as I expected he did not. His whole attitude was one of frustration and I just knew he will not phone me back. I have no idea what to do further to get results with this \missing"parcel.
