Fastway or SLOWWAY

This courier company is messing with people. It's been 5 working days trying to get hold of someone within the company but no one is answering. ***, ***, *** no one is answering the phone lines, how is it that such a big company can not have someone who answers the phone to assist clients. This is really horrible. According to them they deliver within 3 working but in my case it has not been the case. As people we understand if there is a challenge somewhere, but no communication is sent to the clients, NOTHING and there is no telephone lines you can contact them on. Their service is really poor shame God help them. I'm sure my parcel is lost. Compared to other courier services this is by far the worst.
