Fastway/Noway Couriers

<p> </p> <p>The Fastway representative was very efficient in arriving at my office over a year ago and taking a pretty substantial amount of money upfront - for services to be rendered. This was about the last we ever heard of them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Urgent package? No response. No urgency. No feedback on their website. They cannot follow simple instructions or requests. Urgent collections requested, 7 workdays later absolutely no response, no tracking and no clue. No one knows anything. We've also had quite a few cases where their local courier would simply dump packages containing confidential documents at the estate's guardhouse and produce their impression of my assistant's signature, nogals.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time we use them, as we had to pay for a lot of service upfront, we end up regretting it. If your customers or clients rely on you to be punctual, please, whatever you do, do not rely on Fastway.</p> <p> </p> <p>They run some sort of individually owned franchise business which is similar to individual ********* cells where no-one knows what anyone else is doing at any time. Getting a hold of anyone is impossible and the buck is passed at an Olympic level.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last straw. On Monday 5 December 2016 we requested an urgent collection of books and documents from Durban, since the Durban office would close on the Friday. Not Durban in another galaxy, no, Durban in KZN. We needed these documents and textbooks by Monday this week to conclude our preparation for next year during the course of this week. Needless to say more than a week later we don't even know if Fastway were able to collect from Durban. So now we're all just sitting aro<span style="text-decoration: underline;">und, drinking coffee, tryinh to warn the unsuspecting public.</span></p>
