Fastway - Noway

In October 2019 we used Fastway to deliver documents from Pretoria to an attorney in Nelspruit for the Master of the court, they lost these precious documents. Fastway have a claim department for lost parcels, we placed a claim on Fastway for the document that got lost and work conducted to send documents to the master again. This claim was submitted to Fastway on the 5th of November 2019 to Ntombi Khoza and Janet Fraser. Nobody responded to this claim. On the 4th of December 2019 I contacted Rina Holtzhausen at Fastway headoffice, she rep**** that she will forward the claim to Chris Fraser. On the 9th of December 2019 I contacted Rina Holtzhausen about the claim and she informed me that nobody rep**** back. On the 11th of December 2019 I send an mail with claim details to Murray Duncan, I sincerely hope he will process the claim.

I cannot recommend any person to use Fastway, especially not with important documents. The way they deliver document, in the same manner they handle claims. So in general this company do not perform in my opinion, please do not use them.
