Fastway not the future of deliveries

I orderd an item from Futurama, and they use Fastway couriers, who apparantly only has one courier in Cape Town (the cell number of their depo and the cell number of the person doing the delivery is exactly the same). The courier reported the parcel as undeliverable at 21h38 and 22h10 - to an office. Futurama then asked them to deliver during office hours and still no delivery. No, Futurama, Fastway is not the future of online shopping. Christiaan, a manager from Futurama could not get hold of anyone at Fastway - parcel still not delivered.
