Fastway not so fast or competent.

Where is the zero star? The vendor I purchased something from makes use of fastway. I'm guessing they are the cheapest. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for - incompetence and arrogance. They do not inform you when they will deliver. Nada, they just pitch up and you better be home. Then they lie to the vendor telling them that they tried to contact the recipient. After the second unannounced try, they do actually phone but despite telling them when you are available they ignore it completely. The franchise holder is very arrogant and believes that any sort of forward planning will result in chaos and this is how couriers the world over operate. If your vendor uses them ask for them to use a different method, it's worth the extra money, believe me. 'Fast'way my *ss.
