Fastway not so fast in communications

Fastway communication is extremely weak. they provide you with contact number that prompts you to watsapp which they will respond to long after posted. It is extremely frustrating, this is my 2nd such experience in as many deliveries. i would advise temu and anybody else using service to change this delivery provider
