Fastway not so fast

My one day only parcel has been at Fastway depot since 26 Nov. I called customer care to request that it be delivered before the 6th of Dec because my office is relocating. Nothing. Sent an email to the agent onvthe 7th. No response. Parcel still lying at the depot. How long does it take to deliver a parcel to a major metro area???? Poor service delivery and even worse customer care service. Next time I order and FastWay is the courier, I will rather cancel the order. Everything but fast. My other parcel order after this one was delivered within 2 days by a proper courier service
