Fastway not so fast

I am a new client. I had to buy R6K of stock. The 1st time I use their service for a delivery- delivery that should have taken no more than 3 days has still not been delivered and it is now the 5th day. When querying the problem no one I have been dealing with can help me. I want a full refund of all stock purchased as well as costs to be reimbursed to the client who had bought stock to sell in his shop for Valentine's day which is now over. Very disappointed by the lack to customer service or regard to the urgency of me needing to get this parcel out and delivered.
