Fastway NOT reliable at all

Hi, I was trying to call Fastwayt for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered the next day (A brown label parcel from Johannesburg-Boksburg) They didn't answer the phone after 3 attempts of calling them. Fastway is up the road from me, I went there and asked them to help me. Take took the tracking details and waybill, after half an hour they came back to me and told me: " THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN JUST DELIVERED RIGHT NOW AT YOUR BUSINESS" Stupid enough I believed the guy who helped me. I went back to my premises, still no parcel! I have tracked and traced the parcel again. Same issues. Due to them, I have lost a sale. The service they provide is cheaper BUT not at the cost of losing a sale The best will be is NOT to use them, they do lie to you and are very unreliable with the service they provide. #Use a reliable courier service!!!
