Fastway, not for eCommerc or anything really.

The debacle that is Fast Way couriers.<br> <br> I ordered parcels from from Fastway Couriers, which took a few days to be deliver (Fastway Couriers? Oh the irony!) because they could not decide if I was part of PTA or JHB based. <br> <br> Eventually it was decided that I was in fact JHB. I tried to make my fitst delviery for my eCommerce site but the driver refused to pick up my parcel because he decided I was in fact PTA based (I have lived in the area for 16 years and have never been confused for being in PTA before). So after many failed attempts at trying to get this resolved (try calling there call center and ask to speak to Tarryn, I dare you) I eventually got a number for head office.<br> <br> I called head office & all seemed to be on the right track. Stuff that, they had other ideas. <br> <br> They agreed to refund me for the 'local satchels' and I agreed to keep the national satchels. I have since managed to make one delivery, and now I am sitting here tying to send parcels out but no one will answer my calls again. You can never win with them.<br> <br> Out of interest, if I were to walk across the road, I would be considered to be JHB based. That's it, a line of tar that they are happy to loose a customer to.
