FASTWAY - NO WAY!! NO Services what so ever, EVER!

I placed an order with Lovisa for a wedding that I have this weekend (Jewelry). I was advised that the courier will take 2 - 3 working days. It has now been 5 days. NO DELIVERY! STILL - I contacted Fastway (Isando JHB) and the depot ''Customer service'' person' advised that I can come fetch my parcel myself if I really need it so badly. (After I have paid for the delivery fee already) Then I was also advised that they don't have ANY cars today for delivery. (isn't this a courier company)??? They said that Midrand falls under PTA and I therefor contacted PTA - They ALSO advised that I just need to ''hang in there', until Monday. WHAT THE ACTUAL????? I placed this order in ample time trusting that Fastway now, SLOW-WAY can deliver the service. Obviously thats not the case. I have THEN contacted HEAD OFFICE in Johannesburg - and that ''customer service'' person HUNG UP THE PHONE. I called Head office to log a complain and they didn't even bother to contact me back or at least advise that the order will be delayed. I AM STILL WAITING. I will never make use of Fastway again... Terrible customer service - actually NO customer service at all
