FASTWAY NO WAY!!!!!!

Flabbergasted is an understatement in as far as how I feel about the treatment I received from this company!!!!!

A package I paid to ensure is delivered on record time was held at ransom by a local( vendor- service provider) during the week that I almost died after a hijack! I get on the link to track my waybill only to find that the package has been loaded onto the local driver's truck. She blatantly tells me that she has been calling me and I haven't been reachable. I explain the hijack and she tells me it's not her problem.

I ask her to deliver at an extra cost, she says she will not do it even though she indicates she is close to my house.

* I provided my full address with the order. They could could have delivered regardless of whether I was reachable it not.

* Delivery lady kept insisting on speaking to me in a language I don't speak and used that to make me feel as though she's doing me a favour.

* My package was returned, waiting forever for more info regarding that. Currently awaiting a refund ...

Never again #FASTWAY!!!
