Fastway? No way!!!

This is the most inefficient and disorganised courier service in existence. They have had 2 urgent parcels for me, sitting in their depot 45km away for seven days. Each day I get told that delivery will happen and nothing. Nada. Niks. Phone head office? 🤣🤣🤣 A complicated automated answering system that ends up in a full mailbox. Their FB page is fishing in complaints that get no response, too
