FastWay ? NO WAY

Placed an order through Temu. Fastway and Temu both notified me that delivery would take place 14.04.2026...after spending almost R300 on cellphone calls and being made empty promises, still no package...tel gets dropped and if im lucky, holding after 15 to 20 min I get put through to the Polokwane branch only to have my called dropped when Im caller #1. Absolutely disappointed in their service...think our Post Office would do a better job. Fastways customer care is non existent and get this there is a fb group of over 2.4k followers lamenttheir service!
