Fastway? No Way!

<p>Having used Fastway's "receiver pays" option twice now, I feel that they are the slowest courier service I have ever used. A parcel from Knysna to East London takes a full 72 hours plus a weekend of dead time thrown in for good measure. My second parcel from JHB to East London has just been scanned in as picked up.... 4 days after my logging the request. </p> <p>The unfortunate part is that you can't just take your business elsewhere, as you're forced to pay in a credit of R1140 for the collection service. Sending options require you to buy a selection of bags and labels, all with a minimum quantity of 5-10. </p> <p>Please do not bother to contact me with lip service. </p>
