FASTWAY---- NO WAIT SLOW WAIT THEY SHOULD RETHINK THE NAME

oh my word where do i start. they say on their tracking client was not home to sign, yet i have someone at home 24/7 never going anywhere and the security at the complex sings for all and every parcel even if the occupants are home or nor. they fail to give me reasons why they claim we were not there, they were not there, they did not deliver, its a shame that companies like them continuesly get the work when smaller independent couriers will do way better than fastway. maybe its time they change their name to slow way. its been nearly 18 days since my order was placed and paid and no closer to getting it. shameful and a huge disgrace
