Low and behold, no collection, telephone call or apology. On Tuesday lunchtime, I received a call, the courier is there to collect, no prior notice at all. I was 20 minutes away from my business, and the courier confirmed he will be back later to collect. Again, true to this company's ethics, no collection, no phone call and no apology. This pathetic service forces me to dump Temu, and to do business with Amazon
