Fastway - NO - Slow-way is more like it.

I have had the worst experience ever with Fastway Couriers, this is the first time I have dealings with them and I think this would be the last.

I ordered some things from Temu and this was on the 10th April 2025 and everything went smoothly until the package hit South Africa.

Package arrived at airport 16 April 2025, 9:27 then changed to Notify the customs clearance company to pick-up CAN 16 April 2025, 9:37 and so all the following step went smoothly up-and-till Your parcel is currently in transit between our JNB and CPT depots. 17 April 2025, 12:07.

Since then the parcel has been intransit to CPT for a week, it took them a week to sent the parcel to CPT, when I communicated with Fastway via Whatsapp they told me the parcel only left Jburg Tuesday 22nd and only arrived in CPT on the 24th then yesterday via whatsapp they said to me the package will be delivered Today 25th, when I phone the Gansbaai depo they said the received the package this morning and it will only be delivered tomorrow 26th.

Why was there an 8 days of nothing and very poor communication between the centres and myself.

They call themselves Fastway more like slow-way
