Fastway? No service and no way.

Horrible service. I am waiting for my temu order and fastway assigned it for delivery, the driver then decided to update the status of my delivery to suit their own laziness. Reporting that I was not home and they could not deliver my package. As my delivery was due on the 15th, which was a Sunday I was prepared for the delivery to be late, however I received the update today that my package was onboard and was to be delivered today I set up camp at the gate and waited from 7:30 outside my house in full view of the gate as to not miss the delivery, yet the driver stated that I was not home and my package cannot be delivered. I understand that they are busy but blaming the customer without even trying to deliver is totally rediculous. The WhatsApp line that they have dedicated is not attended and they don't respond. A company with no ethics and such poor standards of service should have some accountability. However with fastway this is surely not the case. They are also refusing that I collect the package even though they state on their website that you are able to collect with arrangements. What a joke.
