Fastway no respond or delivery

This has been 4days and a weekend in between that i had to phone in to fastway jhb, with absolutely no results in delivering a package, but my husband got his package and so did my friends, but i am so dissapointed in baffulo logistics and fastway, as there is no results in delivery of my package, my status says my parcel is out for delivery for 4days all ready.
