Fastway new name slowway that cant read at all

This is not fastway its slowway i think they need to change the name so i orderd a temu parcel they got it at witbank hub at 19 july then it went out to cape hub my adress is near witbank why in this world will it go to cape hub this is really really bad i think they need to get people that can read why do you have people that take a parcel to cape hub if the address is near witbank that is totally unaccepted , i phone them on 24/07/2025 they told me i will get my parcel on 25/07/2025 then i phone today again there are no updat on my parcel just in transit , in transit from 23/07/2025 this is slowway on its best , i orders my stuff in time to be deliverd to me but now i need it this weekend and still no parcel no nothing how do i tell my child i cant give you youre stuff no really i think you at fastway need to heve a better hart you dont care at all
