FASTWAY NELSPRUIT A DISGRACE!!!

This is not the first time we deal with Fastway. I have a package that's been out for delivery this morning at 07h27 - I have called Fastway Nelspruit to confirm at what time the parcel would be delivered as we have been waiting since 07h27 this morning, At first the lady who answered the phone was busy eating - she could not even speak with me because she was busy eating and that is the person who is answering phone calls !! She then told the courier is buys and I should call him. When I called the courier, a Bryan, he told me he is at a estate not far from us but he must first go to another area which is 25km away from us and then he would come back. Please keep in mind that when I called he was 2km away from us. When I called Fastway again to speak with the depot manager he/she was conveniently not available! It is 15h23 now and still we do not have any idea as to when our parcel would be delivered and that parcel is with the driver since 07h27 this morning!

FASTWAY your customer service is a disgrace!!!
